Maintain product merchandising and display to a high standard
Support inventory audit, conducting stock take once a year
Inventory management such as product item setup, inbound/outbound shipment management, picking and packing
Closely monitor the stock level to support forecasting stock and to secure a proper replenishment
Managing cash registers and processing payments
Maintenance and management of POS (“Point of Sales”) system
Maintain high level of store presentation – both store floor, dressing room, and stock
The Sales Associate is responsible for overall management and operation of the Retail Stores with key functions of driving
Intermediate Excel experience/skill
High standard of customer service
Exposure to business operations preferred
Analytical and data driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 3 years of Retail experience including customer service skills
Being knowledgeable of our products to answer questions related to product features, sizing, pricing, and store
