Key responsibilities include supporting the development and rollout of frontline commercial strategy, conducting market, competitor and business analysis, and providing clear recommendations for decision‑making. The role also involves presenting analytical findings across the organisation, serving as the primary user of CRM and sales/marketing IT tools, gathering and prioritising requirements, and acting as the bridge between business teams and IT/analytics specialists.
The analyst will help define business and analytics requirements, support KPI definition and implementation, design dashboards and data visualisations, and contribute to building analytics capabilities through training and communication. Collaboration with data scientists and engineers to develop advanced analytics solutions is also required.
Applicants should have at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, economics, statistics, finance or a related field (master’s degree advantageous), and preferably experience in the construction industry. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, presentation and collaboration skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with Salesforce CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, Qlik Sense, Power BI and other analytics tools are essential.
