

JLL provides professional services in real estate and investment management worldwide.
You will work independently, delivering high‑quality lease administration abstraction services for JLL clients. Responsibilities include obtaining lease documentation, abstracting critical and key information from leases and other contracts, and entering data into various lease database systems. You will also cross‑check and verify abstracts, review system reports for accuracy, and perform lease document matching and review.
Additional duties involve maintaining master document control logs, resolving document and abstraction queries with internal stakeholders, reviewing landlord invoices for lease compliance, and preparing area, cost‑schedule and variance reports. As you gain expertise, you will document business processes, train and mentor new team members, audit their work, and demonstrate teamwork aligned with JLL values.
We are seeking university graduates with 2–4 years of lease abstraction experience, primarily in office and retail leases. Experience with real‑estate commercial lease abstractions and a property‑management or lease‑administration system for global clients is preferred.
The ideal candidate possesses strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, excellent verbal and written communication, and solid project‑management abilities. You should be detail‑oriented, ethically sound, adaptable to change, a fast learner with strong reading and paraphrasing skills, and able to work with minimal supervision while meeting tight operational deadlines.
