This is a pivotal leadership role for an accomplished sales professional to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for the company’s new BESS product line. As Head of Sales, you will drive the launch, positioning, and commercial success of the product across Australia, building and leading a high-performing sales function.

Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and product integration.
Develop and implement the national sales strategy for residential and C&I BESS solutions.
Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and project delivery teams to ensure a seamless market rollout.
Lead the team to achieve aggressive market penetration and revenue growth targets.
Lead the Australian market entry of a proven, high-quality BESS product.
Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key channel partners.
