Description

• Prepare and deliver accurate project estimates
• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Serve as primary contact for customers
• Coordinate materials, permits, inspections, and craftsmen
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, scope, and progress
• Manage change orders and final walkthroughs
• Maintain consistent customer communication and follow‑ups
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously

Requirements

Handyman Connection seeks a motivated Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from estimate through completion, requiring hands‑on construction knowledge, sales ability, and strong communication with customers and trades.

• Strong understanding of residential construction
• Experience in construction, remodeling, or project management
• Ability to read scopes, materials, and job sequencing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and pass background screening
