- Provide training on information management systems
- Ensure the Common Data Environment (CDE) is maintained and utilised effectively.
- To collaboratively manage, agree upon, and communicate project Information Standards and Methods & Procedures documentation, working closely with the BIM Manager/Digital Lead
- Adopt a security-minded approach to data, ensuring that correct access rights are established and maintained for the appropriate duration.
- Develop and manage the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).
- Manage Project Information Exchange requirements to ensure seamless information flow between stakeholders.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Implement and manage information management processes in line with ISO 19650 standards.
- Manage the review, exchange, and distribution of project drawings and models, all while maintaining a consistent naming standard (ISO19650)
- Develop and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to ensure compliance with project requirements and ISO 19650 standards.

- Knowledge or experience of using various Common Data Environments (CDE)
- Evidence of being a confident communicator, (both in person and through digital channels)
- Degree in a relevant discipline (such as environment, project management, engineering, science, building or quantity surveying) or a combination of relevant project management experience and qualifications
- Evidence of with BIM roles and Project Information Management.
- Experience of working within a project or PMO environment
- Knowledge of experience of working with ISO 19650 standards and information management frameworks.
- Evidence of collaboration and determination to learn new skills and solve problems
