As the AI Principal Technologist, you will serve as Fischer Homes’ senior technical leader for Enterprise AI. This role balances strategic leadership with hands‑on technical execution, guiding pilots from concept to production, ensuring secure and compliant integrations, and mentoring IT and business teams on responsible AI adoption. You will play a key role in shaping Fischer Homes’ enterprise AI vision and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies and communicate with executives and technical teams.
Lead cross‑functional AI projects with clear structure, accountability, and governance.
Define and execute the enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and chair the AI Steering Committee.
Design and develop secure, scalable AI architectures and manage model lifecycle, compliance, and vendor due diligence.
Operationalize AI pilots, establishing testing criteria, canary deployments, and production handoffs.
Monitor AI performance metrics such as adoption, SLA compliance, cost, and business impact.
Mentor teams on LLMOps best practices, including model versioning, testing, monitoring, and observability.
Provide executive advisement on AI investments, risks, and opportunities; handle AI incident response and vendor outages.
