Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and irrigation systems.
Power wash, rake, mulch, and perform other site clean‑up tasks.
Safely operate mowers, blowers, and trimmers (training provided).
Assist with general grounds maintenance and cleanup.
Follow crew leader instructions and collaborate to meet daily goals.
Arrive on time with a positive attitude and represent Tendit proudly.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Ability to lift, bend, and stand all day.
Landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred (not required).
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
