Regional Manager - Asbestos

Description

• This is a dual role, requiring you to continue asbestos consultancy/surveying duties alongside project management.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and support throughout each project.
• Manage resources, schedules, and team performance to meet client KPIs and Riverside’s commercial targets.
• Attend project meetings and liaise daily with Project Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery.
• Coordinate employees and subcontractors to ensure all works align with client requirements.
• Take ownership of problem solving and issue resolution, escalating matters to the Head of Asbestos where necessary.
• Provide technical input to the Sales team for quotations and new business, including site visits where required.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude both in the office and on site.
• Oversee the production, compilation, and completion of detailed asbestos survey reports and drawings.
• Create and review Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
• You may be asked to line manage Riverside Surveyors and Analysts.
• Invoice completed works accurately and promptly.

• Experience with asbestos surveying is essential.
• Availability to answer project-related calls outside of normal working hours is occasionally expected.
