Regional AR Analyst

The AR Analyst plays a key role in preparing accounts receivable estimates, analyzing large data sets for errors, and assisting with month-end close activities within the employee benefits business.

• Document payment cycles, billing cycles, and error reports to support revenue tracking and account maintenance
• Audit books of business to confirm all cases are receiving proper commissions
• Generate and analyze administrative reports to identify inconsistencies
• Review commission history to reconcile payment and billing dates
• Partner with internal teams, including Broker Transfer and Commission, for account reconciliation
• Prepare ad hoc reports and participate in special projects as assigned
• Communicate discrepancies to internal departments and assist with reconciliation
• Handle inquiries from acquisition partners, producers, and brokers
• Identify and resolve potential billing challenges to support timely and accurate collections

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar financial or accounting role
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
• Ability to identify payment trends, analyze issues, and recommend solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
