Experience with assorted brands of liquid flow meters
Must comply with Roeslein & Method Flow Products core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and the commitment to maintain respectful relationships with all employees.
Proficient in the process of LOTO.
Skilled in maintenance and calibration of portable 02 meters and hard mount 02 meters.
Proficient in grind-outs for BSW meters.
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and 21 years of age to drive a Company Truck.
Must follow good housekeeping practices.
Prefer 2-4 years of experience in the following:
Effective troubleshooting ability. Skilled at replacing orifice meters, Coriolis, mag meters, and vortex meters.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and work in adverse weather conditions
Demonstrated ability to calibrate per Method Flow Standard Operating Procedures.
Safety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.
Ability to work flexible hours including overtime.
Must be able to detect measurement errors and correct the meter as needed while maintaining detailed supporting documentation.
Must be able to dress a meter tube per customer standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required. Excellent organization and planning skills.
Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
Experience with liquid flow meters and their components
Must follow training and company procedures.
Ability to observe, inspect, and maintain gas and liquid meters.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
Must be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
Must adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.
Knowledge and experience with Oil and Gas Industry processes
Mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
Must pass a post offer company drug and alcohol test.
