Leading the engineering design of bridge projects for state and local DOTs with an emphasis on MoDOT and Missouri Municipal clients.
Mentoring and training younger engineers on bridge and other structural design.
Interacting with the client including preparing communications and other documentation.

Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of relevant transportation design project delivery experience that includes technical knowledge of the AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Existing relationships with MoDOT personnel and other Missouri county/municipal clients
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri or ability to obtain license through reciprocity.
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
Ability to lead a design team to meet a deliverable schedule within a defined budget.
5 – 10 years of previous experience as a consultant working with MoDOT and Missouri county/municipal clients on transportation projects.
Experience and familiarity with the MoDOT EPG including design and plan preferences.
