Team Leader - Process Engineering | Energy & Resources

Description

• Oversee engineering design, scopes of work, estimates, and technical reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of process engineers, building capability and ownership.
• Support growth in new and emerging process engineering areas aligned with the energy transition.
• Act as the discipline expert across HAZOPs, LOPAs, and process safety activities.
• Strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development where appropriate.
• Review, approve, and sign off discipline deliverables as an RPEQ.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Australian CSG gathering and brownfields projects (highly regarded).
• A working knowledge of industry Codes and Standards (API 520/521, AS 60079, AS 2885).
• The ability to balance workload, priorities, and team needs while maintaining quality and client focus.
• Clear communication skills, sound judgement, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Degree qualification in Chemical Engineering and RPEQ accreditation (essential).
