Senior Project Manager - Industrial Facilities

Description

• Lead and supervise project planners to develop scope, schedules, and budgets aligned with stakeholder objectives.
• Develop funding strategies, leveraging state match grants, private grants, and nonprofit partners.
• Manage cost overruns through value engineering and cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and present executive-level project reports and approve new projects as needed.
• Oversee financial closeout ensuring compliance with funding guidelines.
• Supervise documentation for closed-out projects, including litigation support and depositions.
• Implement process and reporting improvements to enhance program efficiency.
• Provide technical solutions for architects, engineers, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and Arcadis best practices throughout project lifecycles.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and coach professional development.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for our Industrial Facilities team in Florida. The role involves managing project architects and engineers to achieve stakeholder goals across all phases of projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years experience managing architectural programs, including scope, planning, budgeting, funding, and close-out.
• Minimum 3 years using Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills in industrial facility contexts.
