Key responsibilities include moving glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily, transporting materials to expedite production, reading and attaching labels, performing quality inspections, operating or manually maneuvering equipment, understanding facility layout for proper product flow, rotating through different job functions, inspecting products for abnormalities, using a tape measure to verify specifications, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.
This role is not open for submission from outside staffing agencies. The position is for a Production Warehouse Shipping Loader on the second shift.

Attendance must be regular and predictable, and employees must safely perform tasks while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to read and communicate paperwork and labels, and interpret basic mathematical measurements using a tape measure. Flexibility to work all production areas, typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, is required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, as is one year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production setting; forklift and overhead crane experience are a plus.
The role offers $18 per hour plus a $2 shift differential, quarterly safety bonus opportunities, night shift hours from 6 PM to 3 AM with overtime as needed, and benefits that start on day one.
