You will ensure we can achieve and exceed all KPI and KRA targets, including safety standards, quality standards, budgets, programme and the project objectives to ensure we secure the contract rollovers.
As a Divisional Manager with our Local Authority Maintenance Department(s) PNCC and Manawatu DC contract, you will manage and lead the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive works as well as overview the coordination of annual renewals. There is also the need to provide project capital works including but not limited to network wide safety improvements. Throughout you ensure that they are profitable, compliant and provide safety and network efficiency.
