- Provide coordination support across internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous PMO maturity
- Maintain and improve project governance frameworks, templates, and documentation standards
- Oversee the production and quality assurance of project reports, plans, and dashboards
- Support junior team members and contribute to PMO training and onboarding
- Act as deputy to the Head of Operational Delivery and Governance and provide cover when required
- Monitor resource allocation, timelines, and performance metrics across multiple workstreams

- PRINCE2 Foundation (Practitioner level preferred) or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Strong experience working within a PMO or project delivery environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with HALO ITSM and understanding of ITIL Framework
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of PMO methodologies, tools, and best practices
