The officer will identify and proactively resolve IT issues across the Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast offices, provide first‑ and second‑level hardware and software support, and follow documented processes. They will also recommend upgrades or replacements when needed and help build the IT brand through local, customer‑facing technology initiatives.
Key technologies supported include ITIL, Windows 11, Azure tools, Intune administration, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Citrix, SharePoint, TeamViewer, Teams, audio‑visual conferencing, and LAN/WAN/WLAN networking.
Successful candidates will hold tertiary qualifications and at least five years of corporate IT support experience, demonstrate strong organisational skills, and possess a customer‑focused, excellent communication style. Experience with Microsoft applications, network fundamentals, equipment relocations, senior stakeholder relationship building, and delivering training sessions is also required.
