We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to lead front-end development and complex rezoning initiatives across a major strategic industrial landholding. This role requires strong expertise in navigating planning frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and zoning transitions to unlock future development opportunities.

Due to the permanent nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Visa holders with more than 12 months validity from their role start date.

  • Have experience leading rezoning projects with environmental and heritage complexities.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a clear focus on long-term strategic outcomes.
  • Bring deep expertise in land zoning, planning approvals, and front-end development.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, particularly with government and planning authorities.
