Assist in preparation and submission of quotes
Keep project and client data in CRM up to date
Sift through client RFP data to identify pertinent project requirements
Organize and evaluate data for incoming projects
Answers phone calls from customers regarding deals and assist in resolving any issues as they arise
Provide any necessary data or reports to the sales team
Follow up internally with engineering and production to ensure timely responses to clients
Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product and services
Maintain an organized and accessible digital file system for administrative and sales professionals • Handle any necessary administrative work including filing reports or presenting sales team with necessary documents
Acknowledge customers by promptly responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Experience with CRM systems and excellent Excel skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)

Bilingual Spanish speaking skills strongly preferred

Significant experience in administrative/operational role supporting a Sales/Business Development team
Someone who thinks outside the box and brings new ideas
Prior solar energy experience is required
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 yearly
Hybrid/Remote: 3 days a week in the Norwalk, CT office
