Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development – Energy Industry, Oil and Gas, the Business Development Manager will lead growth of Industrial Oil and Gas (IND O&G) and New Energies vendor inspection and quality assurance services across Canada.
The role focuses on expanding Bureau Veritas’ presence by building lasting connections with project developers, procurement professionals, and QA/QC managers, positioning the firm as the trusted partner for resilient supply chains and high‑quality construction and commissioning.
The manager will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, senior leadership, and internal operational groups to strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions, while working remotely with approximately 30% travel throughout Western Canada, Quebec, and the East Coast and representing the company at key industry events.
The recruitment process includes virtual interviews with a Talent Advisor and the Vice President of Business Development, followed by an in‑person interview with senior leadership to discuss fit, experience, and the company’s long‑term strategy.
