The Warehouse Picker role involves order pulling, packaging, and assembly of accurately picked orders for delivery and the put‑away of received material into correct locations. The position requires following safety procedures, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and assisting other departments as needed.
- Meet or exceed the expectations of our customers by providing a positive customer experience
- Use care in the handling of all materials and/or products
- Gather materials/products in the warehouse and/or yard to package/assemble for shipment, accurately retrieving and loading orders per RF direction
- Ensure correct shipments by verifying order details
- Identify and correct errors from prior processes
- Perform required daily cycle counts
- Maintain proper signage and storage of materials in the warehouse
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist other departments as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain reliable attendance
- Regularly engage in pushing, pulling, carrying, grasping, bending, stooping, and using fingers
Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with at least six months of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the plumbing/waterworks industry is a plus.
The job requires frequent walking, standing, talking, and hearing, as well as regular pushing, pulling, carrying, grasping, bending, stooping, and using fingers. Occasionally the employee may need to climb, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 100 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

- Experience in the Plumbing/Waterworks industry is a plus
- Must be able to pass an operator exam and safely operate powered industrial equipment
