- Track labour resources and maintain weekly progress reports, including managing changes or variations.
- Collate technical submittals and manage approvals.
- Attend site meetings and act on points raised.
- Attend project start-up meetings and review project specifications.
- Generate regular snag lists and improvement reports.
- Manage project handover and maintain the document management system.
- Liaise with main contractors and client site teams.
- Communicate innovative project-specific solutions to management for review.
- Implement construction and commissioning programmes on site.
- Develop project-specific scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Raise and manage RFIs.
- Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
- Ensure adequate materials are available for project completion.
