Analyze drawings, specifications, and related documents to develop time, cost, and labour estimates
Prepare estimates for refrigeration construction projects
Review material and labour requirements to determine cost-effective solutions
Prepare estimates for vendor and subcontractor selection
Consult with clients, vendors, and internal teams to formulate estimates and resolve issues
Attend walk-throughs and site meetings to determine project scope
Develop project plans and timelines

Excellent communication skills and professional representation skills

Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
Accountable problem solver with the ability to adapt to customer needs
