  • Workplace Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Clean and organize work areas, including dock cleanup and cardboard recycling, to promote efficiency
  • Material Staging: Prepare and stage construction materials for installation crews at various job sites.
  • Truck Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload installation trucks to ensure accuracy and readiness for job site installations
  • Additional Duties: Assist with various projects and other tasks as assigned to support warehouse operations.
  • Organization & Detail Orientation: Stay organized and maintain accuracy across all tasks.

  • Preferred Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including hot summers and cold winters
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs. over an 8-hour shift.
  • Licensing & Certifications: Forklift certification or the ability to become certified required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Safety Awareness: Must be safety-conscious at all times and follow OSHA regulations.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Strong ability to work well with others and contribute as a a team player.
  • Positive Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive, ''get-it-done-right'' attitude
  • Dress Code: Casual, clean and neat attire. Appropriate jeans, shirt and work boots (strongly recommended).
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adjust to shifting priorities.
  • Experience: Previous warehouse and/or physical labor experience required; 2+ years preferred
  • Reliability & Attendance: Punctual with a strong attendance and dependability.
  • Coachability: Open to feedback and eager to develop new skills
  • Technical Skills: Ability to accurately calculate quantities, read written details, and gather materials for specific orders. Light carpentry skills, including experience with chop saws and hand tool, are a plus.
