Applicable U.S. based work experience.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from a U.S. accredited college or university
Minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in all aspects of civil engineering with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager or manager-level responsibilities
Experience with client interaction, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration in Wisconsin
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software is preferred but is not a direct requirement.
