  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and customer focus within the services organization.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage the P&L for the Nuclear Services division, achieve revenue targets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of service professionals, including project managers, engineers, technicians, and sales/business development personnel.
  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Champion a strong safety and quality culture within the Nuclear Services division, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and quality assurance processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the nuclear power plant operating companies.
  • Promote a proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement in all service activities.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices, processes, and technologies to optimize service delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in the nuclear energy sector, with a significant focus on providing services to nuclear power plants.
  • Executive experience w large utility or nuclear services organization
  • Demonstrated success in business development and building strong customer relationships within the nuclear industry.
  • Deep understanding of operational excellence principles and service delivery best practices.
  • Deep understanding of nuclear power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing a service-oriented business unit or division.
  • Experience in nuclear plant outage and work management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Nuclear, Mechanical, Electrical, or related), Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Licensed Senior Reactor Operator
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
