Working knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS)
Ability to work in Agile teams and take initiative in problem-solving
Familiarity with backup/recovery solutions (e.g., Rubrik)
3+ years of experience in private cloud environments
Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira) and ITIL processes
Familiarity with hyper-converged infrastructure and multi-site architectures
BS in Computer Science or related field
Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
Experience with VMware stack (vSphere, Horizon/VDI, Aria Suite)
