Support all field roles in meeting their sales goals by targeting customers to sell in products and programs.
Manage and produce reports and tools based on field sales needs to support administrative, sales, and management processes. Liaise with HQ contacts when additional resources are required.
Apply paints and coatings to various substrates and learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot product performance issues.
Support Training Team by assisting in architectural and industrial product training.
Learn and stay current on all aspects of the paint and coatings industry by working alongside professionals in R&D, Marketing, Sales Operations, Manufacturing & Distribution, Color and Design, and independent retailer locations.
Attend internal and external product and sales training.
Participate in market-wide selling events and professional networking events, including managing special events or hospitality functions as directed by the RSD.

Minimum 1 year of administrative or support sales experience supporting fast paced operations.

Must be able and willing to work onsite within a designated region (to be identified during the interview process); relocation not required for candidates already residing in the area.

Very strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for servicing customers and creating solutions.

Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Excellent relationship management and team interaction skills.
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally (e.g. files, boxes of documents)
Bilingual a plus.
