Serving as the primary technician for large tonnage air conditioning systems and chillers, responsible for troubleshooting, pre-deployment testing, and repair services on-site.
Mentoring and training new Chiller and Service Technicians, especially those at Mobile Air/Resolute branches and depots, to foster skill development and enhance team collaboration.
Contributing technical expertise and operational support in our Turnkey program for chiller and large air conditioning rental installations.
Undertaking special projects, including researching obsolete replacement parts and assessing refrigeration conversion options for existing equipment.

Positive attitude with strong professional written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role and prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities.
Universal Certification is required.
Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test to operate company vehicles.
Must successfully pass a background check.
Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience (5-7 years) with large tonnage HVAC and chiller equipment.
Proven track record in diagnosing and repairing complex HVAC systems and chillers, with a solid understanding of system applications.
Willingness to travel as needed to support operations.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. using safe lifting practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, with experience in data entry and reporting.
Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) are mandatory.
Strong consultative and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to guide and develop team members.
Proficient in computer use, including internet navigation, email communications, order-entry systems, and relevant software applications.
This position may require working a rotating on-call schedule and being available for evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons. Travel may also be necessary. Overtime and double-time pay rates apply for applicable hours worked.
