The role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and replacing parts for Samsung products, including mobiles, Tablet, Watches. Additionally, will be responsible to providing top-notch customer service.

  • Execute and control the RMA and DOA procedure
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service quality.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Handle receptionist duties, including accepting customers and receiving their products for service.
  • Diagnose issues with Samsung products, including mobiles, Tablet, Watches.
  • Perform software troubleshooting and updates, including restoring and configuring system.
  • Continuously track Samsung KPI’s and resolve related gaps and analyze the elements behind it.
  • Repair or replace defective components, such as screens, batteries, logic boards, and other internal parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Samsung products, software updates, and repair techniques.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards.
  • Document all repairs and services performed, including parts used and time spent on each repair.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining repairs to customers and offering advice on device care.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Mobile technical support and troubleshooting Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English language and Arabic will be highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
