3–5 years’ experience in cost management or project controls on large construction projects.
Experience with data center or mission‑critical facilities; MEP and sustainable infrastructure knowledge a plus.
Strong expertise in cost planning, budgeting, post‑contract control and change management.
Knowledge of procurement strategies and commercial contract management.
RICS accreditation or progress toward it preferred.
Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
Proficiency with cost management software, Microsoft Office and cloud applications.
On‑site presence required at project sites in the south side of Atlanta metro area.
