Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary practice. You will lead and inspire a team of Quantity Surveyors, delivering construction projects with a focus on financial success, quality, and client satisfaction. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Knowledge of building regulations, construction contracts, and contentious Quantity Surveying practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client management abilities.
• Living within commuting distance of Hull, York, or Harrogate.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle (business insurance required).
• Strong skills in cost control, bills of quantities, cost planning, and cost reporting.
• Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent.
• Attention to detail with proven accuracy in reporting.
