The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for moving material throughout the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and other equipment. You will receive and log incoming inventory, stock items accurately, and ensure all shipments follow work orders or verbal instructions. Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and tracking inventory in the system are also key duties.
- Move material within the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment.
- Receive, log, and stock incoming inventory in the warehouse system.
- Fill customer invoices, verify part numbers, and pack inventory items.
- Inspect inventory for defects and report issues to the Warehouse Manager.
- Follow all safety and accident procedures and operate equipment safely.
- Track inventory in the appropriate system.
- Organize and clean warehouse space and equipment.
- Report customer problems or concerns immediately.
- Coach associates on operational, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Enforce policies to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations.
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements.
- Deliver supplies while complying with DOT and OSHA standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly. Forklift certification is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Strong problem‑solving skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to stand or walk for long periods are essential.
- Read work and shipping orders or follow verbal instructions.

- Ability to lift/move up to 25 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Word and Excel.
