Deploy new software and upgrades and provide troubleshooting of software issues.
Assist with training and skills development of design staff.
Assist in developing and maintaining design standards, CAD and Revit standards, project templates and families, and standard details library.
Provide ongoing design technology software support through the companies Helpdesk program.

3 to 5+ years of experience using Autodesk software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
Prior experience in either AutoCAD and/or Revit set-up and development a plus.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude.
