This role will report to the Property Manager and have responsibility for the smooth front of house operation of the building.
Manage access control cards and keys for visitors, contractors and staff.
Ensure that operational standards at the building meets the clients’ requirements.
Manage all couriers, post and deliveries.
Monitor meeting room calendars in order to plan accordingly.
To be vigilant to any Health, Safety and Welfare risks in the development and bring any concerns to the attention of your manager and the Kennedy Wilson Office Manager
Liaise with Building Manager and Property Manager, clients and all staff working at the building.
Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for visitors and staff who work within the building, through regular communications.
Manage day to day issues as they arise in a professional and prompt manner.
Manage car parking requests for staff and visitors.
Complete morning set up of the kitchen and tea stations – ensure cover at reception at all times.
