Play a key role on the Normans Executive Team to deliver sales and profit growth, strong corporate reputation and community initiatives.
Monitor inventory processes and collaborate with the commercial function to reduce working capital whilst delivering cost effective, accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Ensure effective and efficient management of logistics, in line with company procedures.
Drive and embed change across the branch by modernising processes, systems, and team behaviours to deliver a sales focused business with customers at the heart of everything we do.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Lead and manage the team ensuring high levels of collaboration, engagement and motivation.
Proactively collaborate with other Normans site(s) to create a ‘one team’ approach to the Jersey market.
