7+ years in business application design and systems development, including implementation and installation in multiple EDW and BI environments with various technologies (e.g., HANA, SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects, , Oracle BI, Microsoft BI)
High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures.

Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.

Experience working with globally distributed teams
Experience with migrating to Cloud Data Platform Azure preferred, AWS or GCP
5+ years of management experience.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential people data.
5+ years BI development and architecture design.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
10+ years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of principles, techniques, and best practices of data modeling, dimensional data modeling, and data profiling.
