  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate technical data into customer-friendly documentation.
  • Support Customer Support teams with detailed technical documentation and troubleshooting content.
  • Manage document control processes, versioning, and release to market.
  • Ensure alignment between factory documentation and North American market requirements.
  • Test and validate new hardware and software products (inverters, batteries, EV chargers, MLPEs, etc.) to ensure documentation accuracy and usability.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to produce technical marketing content and competitive analysis.
  • Verify installation, commissioning, and operation procedures through hands-on product testing and field simulations.
  • Develop, review, and manage internal and external technical documents and collateral for product launches.
  • Represent Qcells at trade shows, conferences, and customer training events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation and testing processes to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide pre-sales product support and documentation to assist customers in system design, installation, and operation.
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and key external partners.

  • Familiarity with document management tools (e.g., Confluence, PLM, or SharePoint).
  • Experience managing technical documentation release cycles and libraries.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers or writers in test and documentation best practices.
  • 5–10 years of experience in product testing, technical documentation, or technical support within the PV Solar and/or Energy Storage industries
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong professional integrity, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude.
  • Working knowledge of PV system design tools (e.g., PVSyst, HelioScope) and applicable standards (UL 1741, IEEE 1547, NEC).
  • Self-driven with strong time management and project ownership skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Proven ability to review and author clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical content
  • Hands-on experience testing electrical and software systems at the component and system levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or a related technical discipline
