Interns must be actively enrolled in an accredited engineering bachelor’s program, be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, and be able to reside near the Lincoln site for the duration of the program.
The internship provides hands‑on project experience that directly impacts the business, with mentorship and coaching from Eaton leaders. Participants develop practical manufacturing and operations skills and build leadership competencies through training, networking, and coaching. Assignments may focus on design, manufacturing, lean/continuous improvement, or quality engineering.
