HR domain knowledge, with experience as a HR generalist or specialist
Expertise in project planning methodologies and tools to lead change through data driven decisions.
Adaptable, committed and a dependable team player
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy through ambiguous phases of HR Transformation
Exposure to regional HR strategy
Problem solving – the ability to think something through and discuss possible solutions rather than just focusing on the problem
Approachable, responsive and inquisitive
Strong attention to detail and data skills
Adaptability to plan for challenges in projects and consider options and scenario’s in navigating opportunities and risks
Proven track record to lead change management initiatives with employees and line managers to help them adopt different ways of working
