The Facilities Engineering and Design Team delivers comprehensive services for large commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations, including engineering analysis, design, consulting, building inspection, and forensic investigation. As a Senior Structural Engineer on the North Central team, you will lead design production, ensure project schedules are met, and provide high‑level technical support while overseeing quality assurance and control.
- Lead structural design for complex projects across steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering skill development.
- Perform advanced structural analyses and prepare clear reports.
- Conduct QA/QC to ensure designs meet quality standards and project goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate project deliverables efficiently.
- Develop and contribute to engineering standards and guidelines.
- Engage with clients to assess technical needs and support business development.
