Ensure accuracy of all material movement documentation
Train the Trainer
Print, track and post cycle counts
Develop procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly removal of surplus and obsolete material
Audit FIFO parts usage
Perform consolidation of parts into less bin locations
Root cause analysis of inventory adjustments and provide corrective actions
Assist in the year end physical inventory count and audit
Communicate to the Materials Department recommendations of quantities of supplies for purchase
