- Adds or mixes chemicals or ingredients for processing
- Weighs, measures, and loads ingredients and checks mixture for specified consistency
- Assists the Compound Machine Operator in the start-up and shutdown of operations as needed
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment, while adhering to the principles of First In First Out (FIFO) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
- Conducts tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
- Observes production or monitors equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Fills in for the Compound Machine Operator during their absence, including performing machine start-up /shutdown, quality checks, and become familiar with material changeovers
- Collects samples of materials or products for laboratory testing

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record
