The role provides strong leadership and direction to the Fyshwick workshop, yard and trade assistant staff, ensuring all equipment is repaired, serviced and maintained to high standards. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will understand customer demands and equipment pipelines to establish daily workloads.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong planning and cost‑control abilities, excellent leadership and staff development skills, effective time management, attention to detail, and proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics and preventative maintenance. A mechanical trade qualification and good computer literacy with MS Office, especially Excel, are advantageous but not essential.
