

Privately owned real estate firm investing in, redeveloping and managing multifamily apartment communities.
Key responsibilities include greeting prospective residents, qualifying applicants, coordinating move‑ins with maintenance, maintaining accurate rental files, preparing and overseeing lease signings, completing monthly administrative tasks, and addressing resident concerns such as maintenance issues, complaints, and rent payments.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of property‑management experience, excellent sales and customer‑service skills, professional etiquette, and a desire to work in a team that promotes from within. As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to possible audio recordings during work duties.
