Manage subcontractor performance
Manage site works throughout the duration of the project to ensure defect-free handover
Facilitate the coordination of the day-to-day site activities to ensure all site undertakings are in line with the project plans
Contribute to, understand and implement the short-term lookahead program for delivery
Ensure the timely compilation of quality documentation by subcontractors throughout the project and that all deliverables are compiled prior to PC
Review and understand the documents and plans that govern the project delivery
Ensure that subcontractor management plans comply with project requirements for safety, quality, methodology, resourcing
Review and understand project specifications and drawings, ensuring that the project delivery plans are practical and applicable
Facilitate the site set up and maintenance, in line with the project plans
