Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis. Lost sales reports are to be filled out on all lost sales and submitted on a weekly basis to the manager. These are a must to receive, as competitive pricing is required by John Deere.
Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers.
Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required.
Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities.
Achieve Sales targets as set out by the Company.
Deliver continuous Prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used Wholegoods.
Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations.

Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of agriculture equipment considered an asset.
Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.
Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft office suite.
Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required.
Being bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset.
