Job Description: Ensure that technical aspects of field construction are satisfied and that the facility is built in accordance with contract requirements. This position is responsible for the construction engineering staff in all phases of the project as well as a Project Document and Data Management (PDDM) department, and for administering the field engineering department on large to mega‑project sizes.
- Establish and execute the construction engineering program, facilitating information exchange among client, design engineer, and project.
- Supervise project construction engineers and coordinate their activities with the construction engineering department and other project teams.
- Maintain effective communication between the company and design engineering to ensure timely flow of design documents and information.
- Collaborate with the Site Quality Manager to meet project quality objectives.
- Communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Apply required technical knowledge to complete job tasks.
- Learn and apply relevant local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
- Provide proof of US citizenship.

- Hold an accredited four‑year degree (or global equivalent) or equivalent experience totaling 22 years.
- Attend to detail and work efficiently within time constraints.
- Possess experience with nuclear construction.
- Possess a Construction Management degree (or global equivalent) – preferred.
- Have typically 18 years of field project experience – preferred.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Exhibit advanced computer skills, including word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations.
- Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $139,000.00 – $258,000.00.
