Coordinate with finance/payroll vendor for accurate and timely salary processing.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
Prepare and maintain employee documentation (offer letters, joining forms, NDAs).
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain and update employee database in HRMS.
Support statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labor laws.
Conduct exit formalities including clearance, documentation, and feedback collection.
Handle queries related to salary, deductions, and taxations.
Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, leave, compliance).
Maintain proper filing of HR documents and records.
Collate attendance and leave data for payroll inputs.

Strong knowledge of HR processes and payroll systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
